2023 Texas 4-H Roundup is
set for June 5-8, 2023 in Bryan/College Station, TX. We are excited to be
bringing back together colleges, universities, industry partners, and other
organizations in one room to showcase the vast opportunities available for our Texas
4-H youth, their families, and our AgriLife Extension Employees. This year’s
event will be held in Reed Arena at Texas A&M University which will serve
as our hub for the week.
COLLEGE CAREER FAIR
We are
inviting our college/university specific vendors to be a part of our College
Career Fair that will be taking place on Monday, June 5th. At this
event, youth and parents will have the opportunity to visit each
college/university/tech school, ask questions, learn more about the campus and
it’s programs, as well as much more. The attached flyer covers in more
detail what the week will look like and the potential outreach you could have
at the event.
TRADE SHOW
Our Trade
Show is scheduled for Tuesday – Thursday (may modify to Tuesday – Wednesday
based on feedback from vendors) and will be set up along the concourse area of
Reed Arena this year. We hope by moving this event back to Reed Arena it
will provide more foot traffic for our vendors. The setup would be on Tuesday
morning starting at 8 am – with the close of the Trade show on Thursday around
3:00. We are still working to determine the best option for you as vendors for
the time of the Show therefore it could run Tuesday – Wednesday only based on
vendor feedback. The cost will not change based on the number of days
for the event.
Texas 4-H Workshops are
tentatively scheduled from 8 am – 3 pm each day to be held in Reed Arena on the
2nd and 3rd floors. We will have targeted
breaks as well as the lunch hour for our youth and adults participating in
workshops to visit your booth there at Reed as well as in between sessions.
OPTIONS:
- Option 1: College/Career Fair Only - $75 (Monday, June 5th) –
8’ x 10’ space on the Floor of Reed Arena
- Option 2: Trade Show Only - $250 (Tuesday – Thursday) – 8’ x 10’ space on
the Concourse of Reed Arena
- Option 3: College/Career Fair and Trade Show - $300 (Full week of Roundup)
The above option would be
for an 8 x 10 space. If you need additional space for the Trade Show you would
add an additional $100 for each additional 10 ft of space
- 8 x 20 (Additional $100)
- 8 x 30 (Additional $200)
- 8 x 40 (Additional $300)
Registration will open on
Wednesday, February 15th and close Saturday, April 15th.

We urge you or your
organization to make your reservations now to ensure your
participation. Registration will close April 15, 2023, but the earlier you
register will guarantee your spot. We will have space for approximately 50
vendors.

For those not familiar with the area, the locations closest to campus would be
found on University Drive.
